Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how NITNI (“NITNI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise handles information in connection with the website at nitni.com and any related pages, forms, and services (together, the “Site”). By using the Site or submitting information to us, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We may act as a service provider or partner to accounting firms and other businesses. This Policy covers information we handle for our own purposes through the Site. It does not govern how our clients handle information within their own systems, ad accounts, or customer relationships.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you complete a form, book a call, email us, or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, business or firm name, work email address, phone number, and any details you share about your business, goals, or challenges.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical and usage information, including your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location derived from your IP address, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this information using cookies, pixels, tags, web beacons, local storage, and similar technologies.

Advertising and analytics information. Because our business involves online advertising, we and our partners (including advertising and analytics platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn) may use cookies and similar technologies to measure and improve advertising, understand how visitors interact with the Site, build audiences, and deliver and measure ads across websites, apps, and devices over time.

Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from advertising and analytics providers, lead and enrichment sources, social media platforms, and our clients or partners, and we may combine it with information we already hold.

We reserve the right to collect any categories of information described above to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

2. How we use information

We use information to: operate, maintain, and improve the Site; respond to your inquiries and provide requested information; evaluate territory availability and whether we can work with your firm; schedule and conduct calls; provide, personalize, and improve our services; create, deliver, measure, and optimize advertising and marketing (including on our own and our clients’ ad accounts); build and analyze audiences; conduct analytics and research; detect, prevent, and address fraud, security, and technical issues; comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms; and for any other purpose disclosed to you or to which you consent.

We may use the information we collect for any lawful business purpose consistent with this Policy and applicable law.

3. How we share information

We may disclose information as follows:

  • Service providers and partners who perform functions on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, advertising, communications, scheduling, customer-relationship, and email or messaging providers.
  • Advertising and analytics platforms (such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn), which may use the information to provide, measure, and improve advertising, including cross-context and interest-based advertising. Some of these disclosures may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under certain state laws (see Section 7).
  • Our clients, where you have engaged with a campaign or asset we operate on their behalf.
  • In business transfers, in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, or during due diligence for any of these.
  • For legal reasons, to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to enforce our terms; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of NITNI, our users, or others.
  • With your direction or consent, or as otherwise disclosed at the time of collection.

We do not disclose your information except as described in this Policy or with your consent.

4. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and support advertising. You can usually control cookies through your browser settings and through the opt-out tools offered by advertising and analytics providers. Because there is no consistent industry standard, our Site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals; however, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals where required by law (see Section 7).

5. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or integrate third-party websites and services that we do not control. Their collection and use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies.

6. Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information or of targeted/cross-context behavioral advertising; to limit the use of certain information; and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, you may have the rights described above. To the extent our use of advertising cookies constitutes “sharing” or a “sale” of personal information, you may opt out by adjusting your cookie and browser settings, using the opt-out tools of the relevant advertising platforms, or broadcasting an opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control, which we will honor where required. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16.

Other U.S. states. Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights.

To exercise any right, contact us using the details in Section 11. We will verify your request as required by law before responding. You may use an authorized agent where permitted.

8. Marketing communications

If you provide your email address or phone number, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry and our services. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our messages or by contacting us; some transactional or relationship messages may continue. Any calls or text messages are handled in accordance with applicable law, and message and data rates may apply.

9. Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” above. Material changes will be indicated as appropriate. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
