By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
